During your selection of of products online each item will usually show an approximate production lead time or if a stocked product  an indication of how many working days a delivery takes to arrive at  most UK mainland postal codes. For all telephone order our team will email a confirmation of order sheet.

If you need a special timed delivery or faster service an additional charge needs to be quoted, please call or text our Delivery Helpline 0113 350 8696.

Many of the products we sell are bulky and/or heavy, please expect delivery drivers to only offer a curbside drop off.  Should your company need a 2 person delivery team, installation and possibly removal of packaging in some instances we are able  to provide a quotation for this extra service.

** Do please let us know at the time of order if your premises suffer from traffic congestion, parking restrictions or is a private house address rather than  business classification as some freight forwarding firms are unable to use large delivery vehicles in these circumstances.
